  • How to keep a calm mind during meditation?

How do I keep a calm mind during meditation? I find it buzzing about and thoughts cannot be pushed away. What is the trick to clearing the mind and focusing on breathing? I tried to do it, but I get easily distracted. Sometimes I want to cry because I can't concentrate on it. I'd like to reduce stress during work, but I can't meditate properly. Any ideas?

  • Why aren’t women reporting their alleged sexual assaults after they happen rather than waiting years?

With the Hollywood scandal and #metoo going around social media it’s suddenly trendy for women to claim abuse when most of them did nothing about it after the event and let the prev run around repeating the same act. It’s less believable when they wait years to step forward and honestly I think half these women claiming #metoo are making it up for attention.

  • Michelle Obama slams women who voted for Trump?

peaking during a conference in Boston yesterday, former First Lady Michelle Obama berated women who dared to vote against Hillary Clinton and for Donald Trump. She also implied women who voted for Trump are incapable of thinking for themselves or making their own decisions. "As far as I'm concerned, any woman who voted against Hillary Clinton voted against their own voice in a way. To me, it doesn’t say as much about Hillary ? and everybody’s trying to wonder. Well, what does it mean for Hillary? No, no, no. What does it mean for us as women? That we look at those two candidates, as women, and many of us said, ‘That guy. He’s better for me. His voice is more true to me.’ Well, to me that just says you don’t like your voice. You like the thing we’re told to like," she said.

  • Are MRAs terrorists?

The definition of terrorism is: the unlawful use of violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims. There have been a worrying number of acts committed in the name of "Men's Rights Activism" and anti-feminism that would fit this definition. For example: - the 1986 École Polytechnique massacre committed in the name of anti-feminism (28 injured, 14 killed) - MRA Peter Nolan called for the murder of women as men's 'only path to justice' in their war against women' - MRA's threatened to bomb the game developers choice awards because a feminist won a prize - Tom Ball, a man worshiped by the MRM and self-admitted child abuser, wrote a manifesto that advocated burning down police stations and courthouses to protest feminism. - Paul Elam said that progress for men will not be gained by debate or reason, but only by inflicting pain on their opponents. He also promotes exposing his opponents personal information in order to silence them, and claims "should I be called to sit on a jury for a rape trial, I vow publicly to vote not guilty, even in the face of overwhelming evidence that the charges are true." - While they are not MRAs, the incel community are a men's movement who call for rape to be legalized, among other things. So, is this activism or terrorism? Where is the line drawn? What is the difference between MRAs and, for example, ISIS?

  • FEMINISTS: Why are the NYPD and LAPD having such a hard time finding any "strong brave" feminist actresses to press charges on Weinstein?

I knew this would happen. The main reason being that lots of these clams of rape are in fact actresses selling sex for movie roles. The REAL rape victims can't press charges because it would ruin their careers that are being managed by the other Weinstein-style sexual pigs in Hollywood. And again, why are they being called "brave" and strong and all this bullsith when they're putting their movie careers ahead of justice. So let me get this straight. They can go all over TV saying they've been assaulted and raped, but when the police knock on the door and ask for a police report - nah...nope...can't do that...my current manager is also a rapist and Weinstein might snitch on him so...yeah..got a multi-million dollar career to think about. This is all disgusting and making feminist Hollywood look like total fvcking hypocrites at literally EVERY turn in this story. So now the police have nothing to go by?
